Playing the latest Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare on PS3
Just got myself the new COD: Advanced Warfare for PS3. The graphics and game play is pure COD. The graphics and the story telling is near to real-life that I though I was looking at a movie!
Despite the great gaming experience, due to the future setting of this particular COD genre, some of the weapons and equipment that a soldier use appears to be far-fetched.

Bought the new Call of Duty game: Ghosts
Just got myself the latest Call of Duty (or COD) codename: Ghost. This is a new chapter in the COD franchise featuring a fresh dynamic where players are on the side of a crippled nation fighting not for freedom, or liberty, but simply to survive.
In this edition, Activision and gang allows you to create a soldier by choosing the head, body type, head-gear and equipment, and you can even create a female soldier for the first time. Previously, you can only choose class of soldiers. With over 20,000 possible combinations, you can create the soldier you've always wanted. And each soldier you create will also have his or her own load outs.
Couldn't get the full experience yet with the game as I have to share it with my son. We go by turns, once I 'die' it is his turn and so on. He is getting all the playtime unfortunately.

My first rugby ball
Over the weekend I went with my son to Amcorp Mall to check out the many stalls of second-hand sellers there. On the third floor was a sports shop selling sports equipment. There I saw a rugby ball.
Do you know how hard it is to find a rugby ball in Kuala Lumpur? You can't find it in Mid Valley or the Gardens. You can't even find it in Pavillion. What is available is just soccer balls.
Anyway, I got this one shown below so that I can teach my son how to play the game of rugby.
I got the competition approved ball which is slightly too big for a7 year old. Although there are smaller sizes, it is good to start them with the actual ball as it will help them get use to it.
Was served by a very nice elderly husband and wife team. Didn't even bothered to bargain. Invested RM50 for it.

Call of Duty enjoys record sales despite retail woes
Activision says Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has broken the global sales record for a videogame, grossing $775m (£490m) in its first five days on sale.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, released soon after, was close behind. Its publisher said it shipped seven million launch units, worth $450m (£320m).
The strong demand offers some respite to retailers in the gaming sector.
Earlier this week, the UK's Game Group cuts its revenue forecast and said sales were down 8.6% on 2010.
Modern Warfare 3 beat last year's release COD: Black Ops, which grossed $650m (£412m) worldwide over its first five days. Modern Warfare 2 earned $550m (£350m) over a similar period the previous year.
