The morning rain created chaos on the roads today. Just outside the condominium at KL Sentral, a car slammed against a lamp post. Another was on Jalan Semantan near CIMB Hq. The third was on Federal Highway at the EPF Building.
When will people realise they must be vigilant on the roads?
