Now I know why Avatar did not win the Oscar!

In truth, the whole Avatar movie is make-believe. However, the director forgot one important fact, a very simple fact about technology which has totally screwed up the believability of the movie. Do you know where the mistake was made? I'll tell you….

It was stated that the avatar and the human host works on radio waves. They also created a scene where there was a lot of radio interference due to a power that emanates from a small part of the planet. All vehicles that go through this place will have problems with radio wave based technology. Nevertheless, they are able to transport a mobile teleport base at this site and operate it (plus video conferencing feed to HQ that was shown to be very clear). Also, the Avatars can work very well in this environment despite the fact that the connection to the human host should be disrupted because of the energy "vortex". Where is the consistent logic? This is a small thing that was overlooked yet it was very obvious to all of us who has ever operated a radio or remote control. How could he have made such a blunder?

Well, I don't get what you're trying to state there. Hard luck man. Avatar was good. :)

it is the scene when the scientific team decided to move their base of operations from the HQ to the hanging mountains - here is where the "vortex" screws up all the instrumentation, even pilots have to pilot their coppers by line-of-sight. Targeting radar don't work. If so, how can the avatars linkup easily wit the human host at that place?

It is a great movie but this simple mistake by the director makes it only a great movie not the best movie.
