Time of visit: Approximately 5.30 pm.
First impression: Funny to think that it is possible to find a Starbucks in a hospital!
Ambiance: Similar to any other branch but choice of reading materials is limited. However, this branch does not provide newspapers. The frontline staff is also too relaxed. Office files are set on one of the tables for the guests to see. This is unprofessional for such a franchise.
Food: Standard fare. However the choice of food and dessert is limited.
Service: Friendly and boisterous. The free WiFi is a good crowd puller.
Price: Standard. I would go more if they revised the prices to more reasonable levels.
Verdict: Nice to go if you want some style. If you just want a normal cup of coffee or tea, just go to the hospital canteen on the fifth floor. For the price that you pay at this establishment you can get 5 cups at the canteen.

There's a Dome in Gleneagles (Jalan Ampang). So I guess, it's becoming a trend among hospitals to have such fancy franchise in their premise??
