My Dubai Trip - Part 4

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Syeikh Zaid Road. Although categorized as a five start hotel. Looking at the insides of the hotel (outside as well), it looks like an hotel still in the 1980s. For comparison, it looks like Federal Hotel in KL.

Below are some pictures that I took of the hotel room. As you can see, the arrangement is like a typical hotel.

It has all the modern convenience like TV and wall safe.

The toilet is very interesting. It has been a long time since I saw a bidet shower. This is going to be a classic piece of bathroom utility soon!

The tiles on the bathroom is also old school. Not like the modern design of rectangular shapes that you can find now.

Below were two scenes from the window of my room which is Room 1324. The time these pictures were taken was 14:00 hours local time on a Sunday. Look at the traffic jam.

It is only later in the afternoon that I was informed that their week starts on Saturday instead of Monday. So, Sunday is a working day.

Actually about RM500 per day (after discount). Thank God, someone else took the tab!

Everything is expensive in middle east. What u say about the hotel condition is true nothing special base on the price.
