The barber I got to visit in Putrajaya was an establishment in the Alamanda Shopping Mall. Later I found a new barber at the Presint 9 flats. Within the space of 3 months, another 2 came up also at the Presint 9 flats.
Anyway, the prices of these barbers are reasonable (RM10 for a normal cut). For kids, only the Presint 9 barbers charged RM5. The one in Alamanda Shopping Mall charges RM7 per kid. If there anywhere else in Putrajaya that has a barber apart from the one mentioned earlier?
