Continuation from: UK Trip December 2015 - Part 02 - Checking into our London apartment
Since we arrived early into London, we decided to walk along Oxford Streetand get our travel card for the London Underground.
For your information, everything about ticketing for the London Underground and buses must go through automated machines. Entry is via smart card - known as an Oyster Card.
It was a Friday and when we got to Oxford Circus Tube Station, the place was packed with shoppers.
We took a family selfie.
Despite the long flight and the hassle of walking for 1 km with our bags to the apartment we were still full of energy.
In fact we did visit a few shops to buy stuff.
