The most stressful group of stakeholders in any M&A is the staff. Due to the
uncertainty of the conclusion of the transaction, everything aspect of the
business is being questioned and the ability to move forward if limited
substantially.

This state of affairs is the main reason why it is difficult to retain good
staff of any acquired company.
