I just cannot believe the number of people still visiting Mid-Valley despite the end of the festive season. Malaysian are either swimming in money or just plain flying on credit. These people may not be buying but the are spending at least some money. I wonder how long can this situation last.
How best to benefit from this? If you are in retail, now is a good time. Services industry also looks good. The food business is definitely a cash cow.
