Ford Service Centre - no communication with customers!

This is the second day that that I left my car to the Ford Centre in PJ for servicing. It has always been me that called up to find out the status of my car. This is very bad. This poor customer interaction makes me very disappointed.

I can only collect my car tomorrow morning instead.

Simple message: if service is a key component when deciding on a new car purchase - do not by Ford!
