People with authority has a problem with humility. When a mistake is made,
it is difficult for them to admit the mistake and take responsibility for
it.

In this cartoon example, even for a blatant mistake, people of power cannot
accept that they could make such a mistake. This is very frustrating to
everyone and disrupt the harmony in any organization.
