Advantages:
1. Can focus on one job at a time
2. No disruption from bosses (this is what the cartoon is all about)
3. More relaxed environment

Disadvantages:
1. Not all information is available to complete a job when at home
2. Cost of doing the job invariable have to borne by the staff, not the
company
3. Lack of interaction with other staff members.
