I collected the keys of my unit over the weekend. After some administrative paperwork, I proceeded to do a defect assessment with one of the contractors. After which, I went to see the common areas.
From the open playground, you can see Jalan Tun Sambanthan. Due to the height of the open area to the road below, certain precautions will have to be taken to ensure child safety.

This is a view of Jalan Brickfields. From this vantage point, one could be able to gauge the traffic situation on Jalan Brickfields, Jalan Tun Sambanthan and even Jalan Bangsar.
The Loft Condominium has not only open air playground but also a playground in a room equipped with all the standard items plus air conditioning!
Children will be able to play anytime of the day regardless of the weather.
