The Putrajaya balloon festival was held over the weekend. Unfortunately, the weather was not too kind. The afternoons were usually wet. The only time to see the balloons was in the morning. Also, based on rough observation, there were less balloons this time around compared to the one held last year and the year before.

Unfortunately it was a let down to me. I had a very high expectation of the event since I based it on pass events.
