The weight of responsibility on junior staff.

This particular cartoon highlight the fact that companies often put too much responsibility on junior staff. Senior management expects the junior staff to be able to perform and get the best outcome for the company. Unfortunately, they often forget to note that junior staff are not as experienced.

When the desired result is not obtained, the junior staff usually gets the firing squad. That is the life of a junior staff – pure cannon fodder.
