Dilbert

The pitfall of downsizing. It is always thought that you can get bargain
value during downsizing. However, when it comes to human resource it is the
opposite. When a company downsize its staff, they will drop the weakest and
keep the best for last.

If a company finds it cheap to get staff from a downsized company, it is
likely so as that particular staff has nothing significant to offer anyway.
