A five star hotel at the heart of KLCC. Due to its proximity to Suria KLCC, this hotel’s occupancy is generally very high. Although it has a very high quality rating, I tend to view it otherwise. For example:
(1) The rooms does not look as sophisticated as what you would expect when compared to the latest hotels in Kuala Lumpur such at the Hilton Sentral Kuala Lumpur;
(2) The rooms look jaded. Furthermore, the hallways were dark and lifeless. (3) The facilities are just standard i.e. the pool is nothing spectacular.
Nevertheless, the food outlets in this hotel are very good. The choice of food as well as the various themes used in the outlets is very interesting.
Verdict: Anti-climax and over-priced. What you get is not the same as what was advertised.
