Cooking rendang before Aidilfitri

As tradition goes, cooking a huge amount of beef and chicken 'rendang' before Aidilfitri is a must. So, after getting the large wok and 'jet' gas stove, we cooked about 16 kg of beef and chicken over the weekend.

After 3 hours or so of mixing the stuff, the first batch was ready just before midnight.

This year, some people have ordered. Emm, could be a good side income :)
