USA Trip 2013: Part 7.2 - Animal shows and attractions

[Please refer to the previous postings]

Sea world has a number of attractions that does not necessarily involve sea creatures. The set-up at the park is very 'amusement park'-like. It would appeal to everyone.

In the picture below is the tall observation tower that you can take to check out the view of the park, the surrounding areas and the sea.

About this time, the famous seal show was about to start and we headed to get a good seat. Loads of neat tricks were shown.

In real life, seals are huge beast. Their weight is more than a wrestler and if you ever get knocked around by one, at least one bone is expected to break!

Despite their size, they are so agile.

The bay at Sea World. Beautiful sunny day without the crowd.

A lonely seagull looking at us. In the background is another attraction that I would recommend everyone to try out - the Manta-ray roller coaster.

Pink Flamingos.

My kids were very fascinated with this red vintage fire hydrant.

Seals playing in their enclosure.

There is also a shark tank where you can walk inside a tunnel underneath the tank full of sharks. This is the only picture I can take as the lighting was fine for humans but poor for cameras.

To be continued.
