Raya is here - Rendang Cooking galore!

I know Raya is here when it is time to break out the big jet-strength stove and massive wok out of storage. It's rendang cooking session in my house! Below is a picture of the coconut milk and all the other ingredients being put into the pot. I've just added the meat.

Now is just simmering for the next 5 hours.
