Savings is no longer deemed as an important skill to teach the young. Even the grown-ups that have been taught to save at an early age seem to forget the teachings. Not surprising with the amount of propaganda regarding cheap credit floating around.
We must instill this habit back into the young. If we do not, we will become just like Americans, spending more than they generate. The best start to building this good habit is to start with having a coin box.
