The JPJ counter service at the PJ branch near State is one of the best guarded secret in town. It took me only 2 minutes to get my road tax. I was able to do it without queuing and by using my credit card. I suspect no one knows on this particular branch.
There are 20 counters open and every time I went (usually during lunch break), at least of couple of the counters was free to serve me.
