Location Review: Taman Duta, Kuala Lumpur

Shot this picture from a house in Taman Duta. Destruction of a small part of the greenery for a new bungalow to be built. Was told that the land is leasehold and the new owner from Singapore paid RM320 per square feet for it. At the moment, only 60 years left in the lease.
