Malaysian Services: Is a scholarship a right or is it a gift?

I am appalled by how naïve of these people who claim that they are brilliant. First and foremost, a scholarship is not a right, it is a gift. With the results obtained, you are only privileged to submit. Never expect to get anything until it is given.

A scholarship holder should not be just being an exam champion. It is more than that. You have to be an all-rounder to be even confident of being shortlisted.
