You can make anything with a lego brick

I saw this article from the website: gizmodo.com when I was searching for a plan to make a tank with lego bricks. Titled "This 14-Year-Old Kid Is a Lego Genius" and written by Jesus Diaz, it tells a story of a boy named Stijn Oom (14-year-old) from the Netherlands that has been dubbed a "LEGO GENIUS".

He builds Lego tanks and the accuracy and precision is awesome. Despite the lack of a LOGO approved design, he can make stuff using his own design.
