I was supposed to be happy to be flying business class. However, it was not as pleasant as it would sound. The trip out of Kuala Lumpur was so much better but on the return journey, Manila Airports Business Lounge looks so dated. Below is a picture of it.
Anyway, lets just be thankful. At least it is clean.
It boarding time. Waiting for the rest of the passengers to go on board before I make my move.
I sat on the left of the plane. Took a picture out of the window.
Flew MAS. The stewardess doing the per-departure checking.
While the plane was taxiing on the tarmac, I took another photo out of the window.
Had to wait for a couple of minutes at the start of the runaway. After the last plane in the queue had landed with a puff of smoke, it was our turn to fly.
As the plane was climbing, took a series of photos of Manila City.
Much bigger than Kuala Lumpur.
I was also surprised by the number of tall buildings. More than in Kuala Lumpur.
On closer inspection, most of the tall buildings are actually under construction.
The land of 7,000 islands.
Huge crater at the center of the island below.
Home sweet home! While taxiing to the terminal, took a shot of the new Low-Cost terminal under construction in KLIA.
