Went to the Gym during lunch time
It has been a along time since I visited the gym. So today, I decided to go back and hit the gym for about 20 minutes. For the last one year, there were so many things to do in the house after getting home that no time was available to go the gym.
For the 20 minutes I had, I decided to spent the whole time on just on cardio work. Used the elliptical machine and I don't want to injure my knees.
Sweat profusely and based on my Suunto watch, I've burned 308 calories. Felt really good after that.
