Italian fine dining at Putrajaya Shangri-La: Azur

Putrajaya Shangri-La has an Italian fine dining called Azur. Like the namesake, the theme is blue and they use blue light to enhance the ambiance of the restaurant. The major problem is lack of customers. As you can see from the images that I took below, there was no one else at the restaurant. This was taken at night around 8 p.m.

Very sad......

Nevertheless, the food is good. Although it is advertised a pure Italian restaurant, there are too many local influence in the recipe that makes me doubt that assertion.

Have you seen a seafood pasta in a claypot, in Italy?!?

The mix fruit platter is a nice change.

For the ambiance, the price is not that bad. If only there is more life in the restaurant. Otherwise, it feels like having dinner alone in a cave.
