Traffic conditions on Federal Highway

Am on my way to PJ Hilton and I am very surprised by the lack of traffic on the Federal Highway. Picture taken at 18:56 hours on the ramp to AmCorp Mall. Noticed on the extreme right, which is the main highway, hardly any cars.
