Malaysian Services: EPF counter services

I decided to utilise the monthly housing instalment redemption facility from EPF. After downloading the required form (very simple) and talking to one of its staff via telephone just to get confirmation on what else required, I went to queue at its main office on Jalan Raja Laut.

With over 65 counters, the waiting was not long. In fact the whole exercise was completed in just 3 minutes. The officer told me to expect the money in my bank account within two weeks.

After just one week, the money is already in my account! I am impressed. Thumbs' up to EPF.
