Bistro Review: Chef & Brew, Bukit Damansara

Food is cheap and the presentation is fine. However, I cannot get over the idea that waiters and waitresses are in such short supply that we need to get foreigners to do the job. If these people can speak English, I think it is good but unfortunately, their command of the language is quite pathetic.
