Best Buy says, “This microdermabrasion device features body and facial caps for wide-ranging use and suction that promotes blood flow to help renewal and recovery creams (not included) penetrate your skin.”
Why It’s Not Ideal:
Nothing says, “Mom, what the hell’s wrong with your skin?” like the gift of a microderm abrasion device.
Skirts dangerously close to “beauty gadget” classification (see slide #5).
Exception to the Rule:
Your mom specifically asks you for a microderm abrasion device, presses her finger to your lips when you start to say something and says, “No questions. That’s what I want for Mother’s Day.”
Buy It Anyway: $179.99 at Best Buy
