Emirates only allocated an old Airbus A300 for the inbound trip to Dubai. Unlike the classy image the airline tries to project, the dated look of the plane, externally as well as internally make it look like a second rate airline. If this was how it looked in business class, economy class would be worst.
Some selection of magazines available to read. Interestingly, there is an Arab "Hello" as well.
Above are some pictures out of the plane on the KLIA tarmac. The inbound trip took 7:20 minutes.
