Images from Lumut Naval Dockyard: are they also building a cruise liner in the shipyard?

Here are some shots from the Lumut Naval Dockyard. The navy ships were not the focus of the shots. What is amazing is the last two photos that show the building a cruise ship (?) at the shipyard. If anyone knows about this particular project, please drop a comment. I am very interested to know about that particular project.
